Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at SoCal Recruiting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our presence in the pool industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person sales presentations to homeowners on our solar pool heating solutions, educating them on the benefits and features of our products.
  • Relationship Building: Leverage existing relationships and networks in the pool industry to generate leads and opportunities for our solar pool heating solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including pool builders, pool service providers, and other industry professionals, to promote our products and services.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for prospective customers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with pool industry professionals and strategic partners.
  • Activity Tracking: Log all activity into our CRM system, including contacts, activities, sales opportunities, and signed projects.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
  • Network and Relationships: Must have an existing network of contacts and relationships in the pool industry.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Background Check: Ability to take and pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
