About the Role
As a Trauma Sales Associate, you will engage with dedication and enthusiasm to promote Stryker's Trauma product line, addressing the urgent needs of our clients. Under the guidance of a Trauma Sales Representative, you will immerse yourself in the award-winning culture of the Stryker Trauma team, known for its outstanding performance. You will undergo comprehensive training on our Trauma product range and sales techniques, including hands-on experience in surgical settings. By observing over 300 medical procedures in your initial year, you will cultivate expertise in orthopedic surgical requirements and become an integral part of the surgical team, positively influencing patient outcomes. Availability for on-call duties during evenings and weekends is essential. Your role will involve building trust with clients through exceptional service, effective account management, and a shared commitment to enhancing healthcare.
