Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Support Specialist II to join our team at American College of Education. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide top-notch technical support to our students, faculty, and staff, ensuring seamless access to our online programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with end-user devices, software, and hardware
  • Manage and maintain our IT systems, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and conference room equipment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of our enterprise platforms
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on end-user devices and software
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems, as well as Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
