The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, including order entry, order review for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping data.
  • Work closely with the Shipping Department to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Partner with the Sales Team to provide accurate pricing and services information to customers.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or General Education Degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year prior sales and/or customer service relations experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing industry required.
