Job Description:

Overview:
The Association of Pickleball Players | The APP Tour (APP) is dedicated to providing the best pickleball tournament experience for all. As a Sales Development Director, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the APP's revenue streams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute partnership strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of four years' experience in sponsorship sales or media sales
- Proven track record of success in sales development and business growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
