About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Strategic Growth Manager to join our team at NAHQ. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development plans to build a robust pipeline for our B2B service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development plans to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and presenting solutions that align with their individual or organizational needs
  • Own your book of business, maintaining an organized, reliable, and clear sales pipeline tracking interactions, follow-ups, and progress toward sales goals in the NAHQ CRM tool (HubSpot)
Requirements
  • Must be comfortable with the full sales cycle from cold-calling prospects, identifying client needs through active listening, addressing those needs through targeted solutions, and closing new business proposals
  • Tech comfortable and data informed including experience working with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, C365 CRM) and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 45% to prospective clients and conferences
Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year
