**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Hueman PE Talent Solutions. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and value within our largest and most strategic accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to retain and expand our presence within key accounts.
  • Engage with stakeholders from mid-level leaders to C-suite decision-makers to drive growth and value.
  • Provide thought leadership at strategic accounts by identifying and nurturing upselling, cross-selling, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Support sales teams on proposals, RFPs, SOWs, and other client-facing initiatives.

**Requirements**

  • 7-10 years of experience in consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention and account growth.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to develop long-term customer engagement and expansion strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage at executive levels.
  • Deep understanding of SEG's products and services to effectively position them and articulate their value to clients.
  • Experience in high-growth, M&A, private equity-backed clients.

**What We Offer**

  • An estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.
