Job SummaryThis role is a strategic enterprise growth specialist position that will focus on partnering with our users to drive their success through the adoption of prescriptive solutions.
As a member of the team, you will influence revenue growth across Stripe's product portfolio, collaborating with sales, support, product management, and executive teams to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Establish trusted relationships with C-level executives and technical decision makers to provide business and technical thought leadership.
- Architect business models that drive new monetization opportunities and growth for both customers and Stripe.
- Be a key member of a Stripe account team, defining customer strategies and identifying new complex opportunities.
- Closely align with customer product and business roadmaps, uncovering opportunities for Stripe to accelerate progress.
- Drive thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor for key stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and other senior executives.
- Develop and articulate end-to-end customer transformation journeys and create future roadmaps with deep integrations.
- Conduct business analysis and research on customers, industries, and competitors to support growth.
- Lead strategy engagements to align with business priorities, design solutions, and secure technical wins.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar customer-facing engineering role, such as solution consultant or sales engineer.
- Experience in the payments/billing/invoicing space is highly valued.
- Executive engagement skills, presence, and ability to establish strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Effective group-facilitation skills and confidence in proposing and leading customer meetings.
- Thorough understanding of software development lifecycles and API architectures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior English language skills, both written and spoken.
The annual base salary range for this role is $175,200 - $262,800. Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus, sales commissions, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
LocationThis role is available in various locations, including Chicago and remote locations within the United States. The exact location may vary based on individual circumstances.
