About the OpportunityThis is an exceptional chance to join a passionate team that's transforming the way businesses engage with their customers. You'll work closely with high-value clients at the C-suite and executive level, developing trusted advisor relationships and driving customer success across multiple touchpoints.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic plans to drive customer growth and adoption.
- Maintain expertise in Intercom products and solutions to provide guidance and support to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored Success Plans and drive customer engagement.
- Identify growth opportunities and forecast revenue growth back to the business.
We're seeking an experienced professional with 8+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS or consumption-based technology companies. You should have a proven track record of establishing trusted advisor relationships and driving customer success.
