Key Responsibilities

The Client Admissions Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by managing the registration process for our clients. This position involves providing accurate information and support to clients during their registration at our events.

  • Welcome and register both new and returning clients while accurately entering data into our registration system.
  • Deliver precise information regarding our facilities, events, and admission policies through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of registration materials.
  • Assist with data entry tasks across different departments as needed.
  • Participate in cross-training opportunities within Customer Relations and Call Center teams.
  • During peak event periods, oversee a team of temporary staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Weekend availability may be required during high-demand events.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong typing and data entry capabilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a registration or similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to remain composed and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
