SALARY: $100,000 - $118,750, eligible for bonuses and long-term incentives.

ROLE SUMMARY:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our Non-Alcoholic portfolio, including brands like Ghost Energy and Ghost Hydration, within designated Key Accounts. Your role will involve comprehensive account management, driving sales initiatives, and executing brand promotions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enhance sales and market share of the Non-Alcoholic portfolio within assigned Key Accounts.
  • Deliver total account management by implementing sales programs and promotional strategies.
  • Utilize a complete suite of sales tools, including BIR, IRI, Power BI, and Nielsen.
  • Maintain proactive communication with Non-Alcoholic Managers, Commercial teams, and Wholesaler personnel.
  • Assess strategies and action plans against the allocated budget; manage financial resources effectively.
  • Contribute to the formulation and oversight of the annual account plan.
  • Facilitate the communication of wholesaler pricing to chain accounts.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance in key volume and execution metrics through regular Performance Reviews, developing action plans to address any gaps.
  • Oversee channel management, including Price & Promotional Planning, Retail Programming, and continuous improvement initiatives in-store.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fundamental understanding of retail initiatives, particularly in Category Management and information-based selling.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Familiarity with syndicated data and analytical software is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, follow-up, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in field and retail sales within the beverage or consumer products industries.
  • A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Motivated to achieve results against ambitious targets with a proactive approach.
  • Understanding of the A-B wholesaler network and processes is a plus.
