Role Overview: The Senior Manager - IT Finance Systems - SAP RTR_FICO will oversee the architecture, development, and management of financial systems and applications. This role involves leading initiatives and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic insights on best practices and emerging technologies within Finance.
- Plan, execute, and manage IT project deliverables by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the design and governance of SAP S/4 FICO and RTR business processes.
- Develop and implement new processes and system configurations.
- Contribute to the financial systems roadmap, including the transition to SAP S/4.
- Play a pivotal role in the Finance work stream for the upcoming migration to SAP S/4.
- Lead the implementation of software solutions from design through to hypercare, utilizing both internal resources and external partners as necessary.
- Enhance business processes and provide technological support across various finance functions including Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Internal Audit.
- Manage relationships with finance stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity to mitigate risks associated with software partnerships.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Over 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP FI and CO modules.
- Experience in the IT project lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, master data management, and post-implementation support of SAP ECC RTR processes.
- Proficient in SAP configurations such as GL, Profit Center Splitting, Intercompany, AP, AR, Asset Management, CO, CCA, Product Costing, Tax, and Treasury.
- Familiarity with integration between third-party finance applications and SAP as well as other non-SAP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods or Manufacturing industry.
- Led functional design for Finance Systems during SAP S/4 implementations.
- Supervisory experience.
- SAP certifications.
