Join our team as a Client Support Specialist
We are looking for full-time INBOUND phone client support specialists. You will be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience.
Compensation:
Starting at $18.25/hour with automatic raises in the first year bringing your pay to $19.45/hour.
Work Schedule, Training & Environment:
Enjoy your weekends off. We are currently hiring for the Monday through Friday shift from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central time.
Our 8-week ONSITE onboarding and training program equips you to confidently engage with our clients through essential skills such as critical thinking, decision-making, and effective communication.
After completing our 8-week onsite training, team members who meet work-from-home criteria will enjoy a HYBRID work environment, with three days onsite and two days at home (the choice of remote days can vary each week based on your preference). You can also choose to work in the office up to five days a week.
Additional flexibility to work from home up to five days a week is available, and you will be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts typically after six months.

Your Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance client relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, ensuring customers leave with a positive impression.
- Exhibit professional oral and written communication skills, including strong reading comprehension.
- Address client challenges by utilizing all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management.
- Employ critical thinking skills to resolve client concerns such as product searches, pricing discrepancies, and return facilitation.
- Manage and mitigate risks by taking appropriate actions.
- Collaborate daily in a positive, team-oriented environment committed to conducting business with ethics and integrity.
Your Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound customer service center.
- Strong desire and willingness to assist clients by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and seamless experiences.
- Experience delivering high-touch, personalized service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commute to our facility.
- Ability to sit for up to 8 hours a day.
- A secure workspace dedicated to job activities (required for remote/hybrid work).
- Stable internet connection with the ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds (required for remote/hybrid work).
