Role: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking full-time inbound customer service representatives. You will work under the guidance of a Customer Experience Supervisor.
Compensation:
Starting at $18.25/hour with scheduled raises within the first year.
Work Schedule & Environment:
Enjoy weekends off. We are currently hiring for the Monday to Friday shift from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central time.
Our comprehensive 8-week onsite training program equips you with essential skills such as critical thinking, decision-making, and effective communication to engage confidently with our customers.
Post-training, team members who meet the work-from-home criteria can benefit from a hybrid work model, combining onsite and remote work, with flexibility in choosing work-from-home days.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center.

- Ability to commute to the workplace.
- Capability to sit for extended periods.
