Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at PRO SPORTS PHYSICAL THERAPY PC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with our physical therapy team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting; experience in physical therapy preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
