Key Responsibilities:
- Design, facilitate, and validate education or training experiences
- Develop and implement education programs to support staff development and competency assessment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote evidence-based practice
- Provide mentorship and coaching to nursing staff
Requirements:
- MSN degree required
- 7 years of clinical experience in nursing, including 3 years of ICU/PCU experience
- Previous experience in education or training development
- Proficient in EMR applications and workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
- Nursing Professional Development certification
- Unit-specific training certifications
Pay Range: $36.44 - $58.20
