Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement education programs to enhance patient care and services
- Provide in-services and training to staff on new procedures and technologies
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote evidence-based practice
Requirements
- MSN required
- 7 years of clinical experience in nursing, including 3 years of acute care/medical-surgical unit experience
- Previous experience designing, facilitating, and validating education or training experiences
- Fully proficient in all areas covered in Basic Integrated Nursing General Orientation
- Proficient in EMR applications, workflows, and documentation practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialty certification in Nursing Professional Development
- Unit-specific training certifications
Pay Range = $36.44 - $58.20
