Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement education programs to enhance patient care and services
  • Provide in-services and training to staff on new procedures and technologies
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote evidence-based practice

Requirements

  • MSN required
  • 7 years of clinical experience in nursing, including 3 years of acute care/medical-surgical unit experience
  • Previous experience designing, facilitating, and validating education or training experiences
  • Fully proficient in all areas covered in Basic Integrated Nursing General Orientation
  • Proficient in EMR applications, workflows, and documentation practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specialty certification in Nursing Professional Development
  • Unit-specific training certifications

Pay Range = $36.44 - $58.20
