We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing individual, group, and family therapy to our clients, while also collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other behavioral intervention services, including functional behavior assessments, positive behavior support plans, and in-vivo coaching.
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health and trauma disorders.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Consult with external agencies and provide clinical consultation to direct care staff and families.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to complete a 2-week new hire paid orientation training.
  • DBT and/or trauma-based intervention experience preferred.
