Your Role as Vice President of Educational Partnerships:

• Drive the mission of Right At School to foster a passion for learning, support educational institutions, and provide peace of mind to parents.

• Build and nurture relationships with superintendents and educational board members to identify needs and position Right At School's offerings in K-12 markets across the designated regions.

• Attend various state and national conferences to establish and strengthen connections that will enhance our pipeline.

• Develop and implement a strategic outbound approach to create opportunities and increase our visibility across the state.

• Explore new business avenues by opening additional channels and referrals.

• Effectively utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage your portfolio and territory activities.

• Provide precise and timely forecasting.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design, plan, and execute strategic events that generate opportunities and facilitate closure.

• Support the successful launch of new Right At School programs in collaboration with implementation and HR teams.

• Meet and exceed individual revenue targets and quotas.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in outside B2B sales, preferably within the K-12 sector.

• A proven history of achieving sales quotas, complemented by accolades and top rankings, alongside excellent account planning skills and a drive to surpass expectations.

• Strong relationship-building skills with high-ranking educational leaders, with existing connections to superintendents being advantageous.

• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of adapting and addressing customer challenges with a solution-focused approach.

• Innovative and creative in lead generation and pipeline development strategies.

• Metrics-driven, proficient in solution selling, and adept at building sales pipelines.

• Collaborative mindset, working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Committed to delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining integrity through established client relationships.

• Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to strategically plan sales engagements and follow up with prospects and team members.

• Proficient in web-based applications and CRM systems for effective pipeline management.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% for key sales interactions.

• A genuine passion for education and enrichment programming.
