Job Overview

As an Automotive Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing and selling high-quality vehicles known for their reliability and elegance. If you possess the art of persuasion, excellent communication skills, and a passion for automobiles, we invite you to explore this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers on the sales floor and conduct a thorough needs assessment to determine their vehicle preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, both in the showroom and during test drives.
  • Utilize our computer database to check the availability of models and optional features.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance Managers to negotiate pricing, including taxes, trade-in values, and financing options.
  • Inspect inventory on the lot and maintain a keen understanding of available vehicles.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and facilitate the delivery and registration process for customers.
  • Provide customers with a comprehensive introduction to their new vehicle.
  • Participate in required training sessions and departmental meetings.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will have:

  • Proficiency in a second language.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Strong sales acumen, exceptional communication, and outstanding customer service skills.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to follow up diligently with clients before and after sales.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to perform calculations with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
