Primary Function:

Manage a variety of financial tasks under general oversight, while enhancing your expertise in the application of financial principles, theories, and methodologies to specific systems.

Typical Duties:

+ Evaluate and process supplier/subcontractor invoices for disbursement by confirming them against purchase agreements, contracts, material receipt documents, and other essential records.

+ Compile control data and merge it with other relevant information for payroll administration.

+ Generate control documents for the reconciliation of payroll, payables, and receivables transactions.

+ Collect cost information across various levels, including accounts, units, and work orders.

+ Produce closing statements, reports, and invoices on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

+ Support the Vice President of Finance with additional projects.

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting.
