Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Vice President to lead our Strategic Dining Services team in the Southeast region of the United States. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of District Managers, Dining Service Directors, and other staff members to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Plan and direct the operation of the assigned region in support of our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning meetings to develop objectives for the division and assigned region.
  • Policy Development: Develop, recommend, and implement policies and procedures for the region to ensure maximum income from existing accounts.
  • Clinical and Resident Service Programs: Support the development and implementation of clinical and resident service programs that meet client needs and regulatory agency requirements.
  • New Business Development: Acquire profitable new business and expand existing business within the assigned geographic area.
  • Sales Process: Participate in the sales process for the acquisition of new business, coordinating the development of proposals and contracts.
  • Training and Development: Prepare agendas and conduct training sessions and presentations on issues regarding quality, safety, and human resources.
  • Financial Management: Develop and maintain annual budgets for the assigned region and monitor financial reports to ensure budgetary compliance with Regional and Corporate goals.
  • Staff Development and Motivation: Develop and motivate an effective management and clinical staff to achieve Regional and Corporate goals and make efficient use of human resources.
  • Client Relations: Interface with existing clients to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
  • Complaint Resolution: Resolve client, resident, and customer satisfaction or employee-related complaints that have been elevated from Regional Directors of Operations.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Complete all daily, weekly, or monthly reports as outlined in our corporate policy and procedures.
  • Resident Visitations: Participate in resident visitations with the account management team during each site visit, ensuring that resident satisfaction policies and procedures are followed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Care-related field, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven ability to manage a team of six or more director-level or above team members.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in multi-unit food and nutrition service management.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience managing 10+ multi-unit foodservice accounts.
  • Financial Management: Experience with multi-unit food and nutrition service management with a combined managed volume of $30 million or greater.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strong track record of driving patient and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Proven ability to develop and implement new business models in the healthcare food service market.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced, and P&L-driven environment.
  • Certifications: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification highly desirable.
  • Travel Requirements: Extensive travel required in this position.
