Director of Sales and Revenue Growth

Sales Execution:
- Prospect and establish relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling and contract renewal.
This role requires at least 10 years of sales experience in the landscape or related industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing a sales team. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Horticulture, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
