Job Description

Job Title: Restaurant General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Fiesta Restaurant Group. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including achieving sales and profit goals, managing daily operations, and leading a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including customer service, food quality, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, including assistant managers and hourly staff, to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to employees to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and profit data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.

Working Conditions:

The Restaurant General Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. The position requires the ability to work in a team environment, with a high level of communication and collaboration with other departments.

Language Skills:

The Restaurant General Manager must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
