About the Position

We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to join the Food & Beverage department, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and deliver a high level of member service while maintaining the highest integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Greet members and guests to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.
  • Address and resolve any member concern promptly and professionally.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate front of the house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure storerooms are clean, organized, and stocked.

Requirements

  • Minimum of six (6) months of Restaurant supervisory experience within hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service while collaborating with other team members to ensure member satisfaction.
  • Ability to use POS technology effectively.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, walking, and carrying up to 30 pounds.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Education

  • Minimum High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Any combination of education, training, and work experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.
  • ServeSafe food handler certification preferred.
