Responsabilidades Clave:
  • Brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional.
  • Comunicar precios de productos, disponibilidad y plazos de entrega.
  • Gestionar una cartera diversa de cuentas nacionales e internacionales.
  • Ingresar órdenes de compra de manera precisa y eficiente en el sistema ERP.
  • Manejar cambios, ajustes, cancelaciones, créditos y devoluciones de pedidos.
  • Interpretar y gestionar documentos y requisitos complejos de los clientes.
  • Colaborar con equipos internos (Manufactura, Ingeniería, Cotizaciones, Ventas, Envíos) para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Resolver inquietudes de los clientes presentando soluciones adecuadas de manera oportuna y asegurando el seguimiento.
  • Apoyar a los equipos de Envíos y Logística en el cumplimiento de pedidos nacionales e internacionales.
  • Reportar peligros de seguridad y cumplir con los procedimientos ISO.
  • Realizar tareas adicionales asignadas por el supervisor.

Calificaciones:
  • 2 años de experiencia laboral relevante en el sector manufacturero preferido.

Software:
Aplicaciones de MS Office, sistemas ERP con capacidad para escribir 40 WPM.

  • Capacidad para navegar en Excel utilizando hojas de trabajo.

Educación:
Diploma de secundaria, preferiblemente con estudios universitarios.

  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales.

Si cuentas con 2 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente y disfrutas construir relaciones comerciales a largo plazo, este puesto es para ti.
