Our Customer Support Associate team brings together a variety of skill sets and services aimed at developing cohesive brand awareness strategies while assisting eligible clients through the enrollment process for vital telecommunication resources. We recognize the significance of connecting brands with their target audience, which is why we leverage our expertise to support our clients in navigating both new and established markets. The primary goal of this Customer Support Associate role is to equip customers with essential communication tools, fostering enduring trust and satisfaction, ultimately leading to a positive influence within the community.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Associate:

  • Propose innovative strategies and solutions to enhance revenue through improved customer interaction.
  • Perform market analysis and research to gain deeper insights into customer needs and expand the outreach of the Customer Support Associate team.
  • Utilize strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively both independently and as part of a team to achieve personal and organizational sales targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and representative of the company when engaging with customers regarding current offerings.
  • Oversee and evaluate the success of campaigns from initial development through to execution.
  • Consistently represent our client and brand with professionalism and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Support Associate:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a client-facing customer service role is advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.
  • Consistently professional demeanor with the ability to adapt to diverse markets and scenarios.
