We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Performance Lead to become an integral part of our team. This pivotal role focuses on overseeing all paid marketing and advertising initiatives across both consumer and business segments, including partnerships with educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies across various channels, including search engines, display advertising, social media, and video platforms.
  • Design and manage performance marketing campaigns aimed at both consumer and business audiences, with a special emphasis on educational partnerships.
  • Supervise the complete lifecycle of paid marketing campaigns, from strategic planning and budgeting to execution and performance analysis.
  • Work collaboratively with the Enterprise and Admissions teams, as well as other marketing professionals.
  • Continuously assess and enhance campaigns to ensure optimal return on investment and achievement of key performance indicators such as click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend.
  • Utilize advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other relevant networks.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, industry developments, and best practices to maintain the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver regular reports and actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage and allocate the paid marketing budget to maximize outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on expenditures, ensuring campaigns remain within budget and meet financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and analytics teams to create engaging ad creatives and effective landing pages.
  • Partner with university account managers and business development teams to align marketing strategies with partnership objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
  • Apply insights from testing to refine future campaigns and achieve superior results.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing and affiliate marketing in both consumer and business contexts.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with significant budgets.
  • Thorough understanding of various advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and customer relationship management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Higher Education, Talent Acquisition, or the Software industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus.

Expected Compensation:

  • $70K-$90K
