Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Performance Lead focusing on search and paid social, your role will involve crafting, executing, and refining digital marketing initiatives across various platforms to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of e-commerce, direct response marketing principles, and comprehensive experience in digital marketing strategies.

Annual Compensation: Estimated between $80,000 and $90,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement performance marketing strategies centered on search engine marketing (SEM) and paid social channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to attract qualified traffic, boost conversions, and drive revenue.
  • Conduct keyword analysis, create compelling ad copy, and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee and enhance advertising budgets to ensure effective spending and scalability of initiatives.
  • Leverage data analytics tools and platforms to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to synchronize marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of SEM platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads).
  • Experience with direct response marketing techniques such as A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) to assess and interpret campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving results and a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
