We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Director, Senior Consultant to join our team at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI). As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our customers in implementing and maintaining effective compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliance programs and plans for each customer, addressing high-priority and high-risk areas.
- Collaborate with customers to manage their day-to-day compliance activities, including policy development and procedure implementation.
- Conduct compliance audits and monitoring, testing operational effectiveness of key controls and providing recommendations for remediation.
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers on compliance issues, including reporting instructions, industry rules, and regulations.
- Develop and deliver training content and resources for customers, including annual compliance training programs.
- Oversee compliance committees and provide coordination and guidance for external auditor/survey visits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, statutes, and regulations impacting customer operations.
- Manage customer compliance and privacy program documentation.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or health/human services field of study and minimum of 7 years of healthcare compliance experience.
- Required: Must hold one or more of these certifications: Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certificate in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), or a graduate certificate from a university participating in the Compliance Certification Board Accrediting Program.
- Demonstrated experience and high-level competency with compliance investigations and corporate-level compliance training.
- Demonstrate expertise and authority in all communications, both written and verbal, ensuring that your interactions with stakeholders at every level reflect credibility and command of the subject matter.
- Cultivate solid and collaborative relationships with clients, fostering partnerships built on trust, empathy, and confidence in your compliance services.
- Engage with customers' executive leadership to deliver complex compliance information in an accessible and actionable manner, offering strategic recommendations that drive organizational success.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and precision in all aspects of work, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy.
- Champion diversity and inclusivity, creating an environment where all voices are heard and valued.
- Proactively seek opportunities for professional growth, demonstrating resourcefulness and a commitment to continuous self-improvement.
