Position:
Treasury Financial Analyst

Overview:
This role involves managing and overseeing daily treasury operations, focusing on debt and derivative settlements, as well as ensuring compliance with financial protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate and confirm daily settlements related to debt and derivatives through financial systems.
- Ensure daily confirmations are conducted with external partners and accurately processed.
- Monitor and validate Wholesale Deposits settlements, updating necessary banking portals.

- Develop and implement processes for overnight Repo transactions, ensuring thorough review of agreements and functionality within financial systems.
- Create reporting mechanisms to track growth, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and leverage historical data for informed decision-making.

- Engage with counterparties to address issues, ensuring effective communication and resolution strategies are employed.
- Conduct research to troubleshoot problems, document processes, and propose actionable solutions.
- Maintain and update procedural documentation as required.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and conditional formatting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills and reliability.
- Attention to detail and robust research capabilities are crucial.
- Experience in daily treasury operations, confirmations, and settlements is necessary.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and make sound decisions.
- Strong verbal communication skills for daily interactions with various stakeholders.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus under pressure.
- A proactive and collaborative attitude is highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with treasury products and derivatives is advantageous.
- Previous experience in Treasury Operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of BCD Wall Street Suite and other treasury platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of corporate governance and compliance standards is beneficial.
- Familiarity with secured credit facilities is a plus.
