Role Overview:
As a Financial Analyst within the Financial Services division, you will join a forward-thinking organization that is actively reshaping the Auto finance sector through innovation and a client-focused approach.

You will collaborate with business partners to steer strategic business initiatives that foster sustainable performance. You will be encouraged to scrutinize our well-established processes to enhance proactivity, effectiveness, and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysts employ a diverse range of tools and data to conduct analyses that identify the drivers and trends influencing both the short-term and long-term trajectory of our division.

  • Client-Centric Approach:
    Focus on understanding the needs of your business partners to achieve their objectives.
  • Financial Planning:
    Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and analyses.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
Comprehend all critical data relevant to your business line and master the art of analysis.

  • Develop financial models and analyses to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze intricate financial data and reports to provide timely and accurate recommendations to management.
  • Monitor performance metrics, highlight trends, and analyze unexpected variances.

Efficiency and Management:
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in your role.

  • Engage deeply with all processes to grasp the interconnected elements and their implications.
  • Evaluate alternative solutions, leveraging technology and automation.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, or business analysis.


Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering) or equivalent military experience
Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Professional certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
4+ years of experience in financial analysis and modeling
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in SQL and Python
Strong verbal and written communication skills
3+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or technology sectors
3+ years of experience collaborating with senior leaders and internal stakeholders.


This position is hybrid, with associates typically spending about half their time in-person at designated offices. Specific days are set for virtual work and in-person collaboration.
