  • Excellent verbal communication skills for daily interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks while maintaining focus under pressure.
  • Ambitious and eager to learn, with a positive attitude.
  • Collaborative spirit with an optimistic outlook.

Required Expertise:

  • Key skills include: Advanced Excel, treasury experience, and self-management.
  • Experience in treasury functions, particularly in debt and swap management, along with a solid understanding of treasury mathematics.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years is preferred.
  • Not seeking candidates with a Data Analyst background.
  • Familiarity with debt instruments (Bonds, Loans, etc.) and derivatives is essential.
  • Exceptional advanced Excel skills and experience with banking applications are required.
  • Strong analytical and technical abilities.
  • Disciplined work ethic, keen attention to detail, and proficient research skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of debt instruments (Agency securities, Treasury Bonds, Wholesale Deposits, Repurchase Agreements, etc.) and derivatives.
  • Understanding of corporate governance and compliance frameworks (SOX, internal/external audits, FDIC regulations, etc.).
  • Familiarity with secured credit facilities utilizing pledged assets as collateral (FHLB, Discount Window, etc.).
  • Experience with Wall Street Suite is highly regarded, though other treasury platform experience is also acceptable.
