The Area Manager oversees multiple client locations or a singular complex client site, ensuring that we provide the highest quality client experience.

Responsible for managing and directing the execution of routine to intricate tasks and projects
Leads contract negotiations and actively pursues new service opportunities
Ensures that site personnel and management comprehend and fulfill their responsibilities in a consistent, safe, and authorized manner
Consults with human resources when necessary. Ensures payroll processes are executed for the portfolio, including verifying that managers have completed payroll-related tasks and reviewing and approving timesheets as needed; capable of generating timekeeping reports and deriving meaningful workforce metrics from the data
Communicates and conveys safety and job-related training to various service team members and managers
Develops metrics for portfolio supply inventory for budgeting and client contract negotiations, including but not limited to cost savings
Requires a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in Facility Services, Aerospace Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related disciplines is preferred
A strong commitment to high-quality service and standards
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, and night shifts
Proven ability to manage service execution and contract obligations

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce, Kronos/UKG (or similar HR, Timekeeping, Payroll systems), and other corporate systems.

Demonstrated experience with union contracts
Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance or Live Scan (sector-specific)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred
Willingness to travel between local sites approximately 30-40%
Ability to travel to headquarters as required
