Position: Automotive Service Operations Manager

Compensation: $58,000 - $85,000 (Base Salary + Commission + Overtime + Manager Incentive Bonus + Paid Benefits)

Role Summary:

The Automotive Service Operations Manager is responsible for leading the service department to achieve performance goals by implementing company strategies effectively. This role requires a strong ability to provide outstanding customer service and act as a bridge between customers and the service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or surpass performance benchmarks by aligning with company objectives.
  • Provide expert recommendations and exceptional service to customers.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and the service team.
  • Receive training to become proficient in product knowledge, including tires and wheels, alongside service and repair offerings.
  • Uphold the core values and sales strategies of American Tire Depot to foster long-term customer relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Experience in automotive repair and a solid understanding of products.
  • Proven ability to engage with customers in a dynamic environment.
  • Confidence in advising, recommending, and selling services.
  • Detail-oriented with a desire to learn and advance within the company.
  • Willingness to undergo cross-training to master both sales and hands-on service tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, turning, and crouching.
