Position Overview: Associate Manager of Brand Operations
We are in search of a proactive and organized individual to manage the project oversight of vital brand initiatives and campaigns. The Associate Manager of Brand Operations will act as the primary liaison for internal departments regarding special projects, comprehensive campaigns, and brand and talent partnerships. This role is crucial in steering the organization towards success by effectively communicating, managing timelines, and establishing processes to guide projects from inception to completion, with a strong emphasis on brand identity. Collaboration with Product, Ecommerce, Creative, and Sustainability teams is essential, necessitating the ability to influence others and cultivate robust business relationships. The ideal candidate will exhibit analytical thinking, strategic insight, and a passion for achieving tangible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for cross-functional projects, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on timelines and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal teams to promote accountability and transparency towards shared objectives.
- Lead team management activities, including project kickoffs, creative reviews, status meetings, and more.
- Secure necessary approvals throughout project workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing Identity to ensure team success and alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in brand-focused project management.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills that foster collaboration and success across functions.
- Strong influencing and communication abilities at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- A deep understanding of and passion for the Reformation brand, product, customer base, and mission.
- Proven track record in supporting global-scale marketing initiatives.
