Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders by implementing best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Draft correspondence, documents, reports, and other materials that may be moderately complex or confidential, often requiring independent judgment.
- Organize appointments for department personnel.
- Engage in departmental projects of moderate scope and complexity.
- Assist in the training and orientation of new colleagues.
- Support the completion of reimbursement requests for designated staff.

Consistent and reliable attendance is a fundamental job requirement. Employees are expected to fulfill their scheduled work hours. Please refer to the physical requirements for this position listed below.

Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Skills:
Completion of the Ambassador Program within the first 12 months of employment is required.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience is preferred.

Minimum Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged sitting
- Frequent communication via phone/in-person
- Regular typing on a computer keyboard
- Occasional standing/walking (0-33%)
