Job Overview

Position Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Core Objective:

This position is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of the organization by delivering administrative assistance to the financial advisor(s). The successful candidate will be proactive, technologically adept, and possess a background in the financial services sector. The ideal individual will have a passion for supporting others, achieving outstanding outcomes, and a commitment to generating value at every level.

Work Schedule:

· Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, with flexible start and end times.

· Hybrid work arrangement tailored to the specifics of the weekly tasks.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Salary range of $55,000 to $65,000, commensurate with experience.

· Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision insurance.

· 401k plan with a 4% matching contribution.

· Initial 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO), increasing to 12 days after one year of service.

· Eligibility for quarterly bonuses based on: Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, individual performance, and project achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Facilitate the organization of annual reviews for all clients, ensuring their information is current.

· Attend all advisor/client meetings to document discussions and action items.

· Remain informed about all compliance protocols.

· Distribute market updates to clients on a regular schedule.

· Collaborate with the advisor(s) to assist in managing their calendars.

· Organize and maintain documents, records, and databases pertinent to office operations.

· Process the opening of new investment accounts.

· Prepare and send Wealth Management Agreements to new clients.

· Undertake additional tasks as required.
