Job Summary

The Accounting Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information, supporting financial planning and analysis, and maintaining effective internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and reconcile transactions in the general ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
  • Monitor and record expenses, ensuring they are properly categorized and within budget.
  • Handle payroll functions, including calculating wages, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Analyze data for accuracy and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline.
  • Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
