Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Administrator to join our team. As a Leasing Administrator, you will provide critical support to our Managers and Account Project Managers (APMs) in various tasks related to collocation project set-up and tracking, application re-approvals, document creation and retrieval, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support APMs with tasks such as collocation project set-up and tracking, application re-approvals, document creation and retrieval, and notices to proceed.
  • Create and submit applications into the Online Application system (OLA) by reviewing and understanding customer proposed tower and ground equipment configurations.
  • Assemble and deliver/upload customer documents, including PO requests, lease packages, and other project-level deliverables. Coordinate document and data uploads into internal and external systems.
  • Provide support to APMs in tracking and following up with internal teams on incidental project-related items, including letters of authorization, building permit applications, zoning documentation, and compliance and environmental clearances.
  • Process applications through the transactional components of the process by triggering lease drafts and assisting with resolving issues that arise through the quality control review.
  • Input project-related administrative items, such as one-time fee requirements, special project coding, and jurisdictional requirements, into the collocation project tracking system upon application receipt through OLA.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with project management, with a focus on data integrity and process improvement preferred.
  • Experience interpreting legal documents, including real estate leases and contracts preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
