Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our dynamic team at EmploYou, LLC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions, including developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies, analyzing training needs, and creating effective onboarding processes. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs
- Analyze training needs and develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
- Assist with evaluating job positions and determining classification, FLSA status, EEO, salary, working conditions, and physical requirements
- Act as first chair for investigations related to employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 5 years' HR generalist experience
- Previous payroll experience in QuickBooks a plus
- Valid Texas Driver License with acceptable MVR and background check
