Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage new hire orientation and onboarding processes
  • Process employee terminations and assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Build strong relationships with management to address human resource needs

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must have experience with startups, processing visas, and leadership training.
