Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Fce Benefit Administrators. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out responsibilities in the following areas: benefits administration, employee relations, payroll, training, performance management, onboarding, recruitment, and employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform benefits administration, processing health benefits, and communicating benefits information to employees.
  • Resolve benefit issues and inquiries from plan participants.
  • Explain benefit details and administer benefits for health and ancillary products.
  • Audit employee benefit enrollment for accuracy and conduct premium reconciliation.
  • Process payroll and manage payroll-related activities.
  • Review time and labor daily and update employee records.
  • Administer the company cafeteria plan and process all reimbursements.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting.
  • Onboard new hires and conduct new-employee orientations.
  • Manage the pre-employment process.
  • Organize company-wide events, coordinate staff meetings, and employee events.
  • Maintain the company organizational charts and the employee directory.
  • Handle employee relations, counseling, and the outplacement process.
  • Maintain the human resource systems and personnel records.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the HR team on special projects and open enrollment activities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Resources administration.
  • Proven experience in payroll and/or benefit administration.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
  • Intermediate abilities within Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, human resources, or related field preferred.
