Required Qualifications:
  • Proven management and leadership skills
  • Sales experience is essential; preferably in premium products or services

  • Experience or certifications in personal training, group fitness, spinning, and yoga are advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell memberships and retail products

With over 70 studios in operation and more than 340 territories sold, we are continually growing our teams of instructors, sales professionals, managers, and operators in preparation for further expansion. Comprehensive training is provided through our learning management system, along with practical training with our management team. At SPENGA, members come for the workout and remain for the community, and the strength of our community is built upon our dedicated SPENGA teams.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
