Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Check-in Members: Welcome members as they arrive, check them in, and ensure they have a positive experience.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Effectively address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sell Memberships and Merchandise: Promote and sell memberships, retail, and merchandise to our members, meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Follow-up with Prospects: Promptly follow up with prospects to ensure a smooth onboarding process and exceed their expectations.
  • Ensure a Safe and Clean Environment: Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and staff, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Open and Close the Facility: Open and close the facility as scheduled, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members, staff, and management.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Team Player: Be a team player, willing to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $12.00 per hour
