We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinician to join our team as an Early Episode Psychosis (EP) Clinician. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing individualized counseling and team services to young people who are eligible for our FEP Services.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with individuals referred for services with a focus on stabilization and recovery-oriented services.
- Maintain a recovery orientation with shared decision-making at its center.
- Work with each young person to design and implement a treatment and recovery plan.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment plan and make adjustments as needed.
- Record all findings and progress in our electronic health record system.
- Participate in daily team meetings and weekly supervision.
- Provide family education and training as appropriate.
- Offer peer and SEE services to participants as needed.
- Conduct collateral contact with third parties on behalf of youth and family.
- Coordinate services to ensure integration and clinical coherence across all treatment providers and supports.
- Master's level, licensed preferred clinician with a demonstrated commitment to recovery-oriented services.
- Prior experience working with youth with mental illness and their families is preferred.
- Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong documentation and clinical writing skills are essential.
- Bilingual/bicultural, experience working with youth with behavioral challenges, supervisory experience, and knowledge of EBP models are preferred.
