Program Overview

The Edinburg Center is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join its interdisciplinary team. As a key member of the team, you will engage young adults in the intake process, completing all required assessments and developing personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet the unique needs of individuals through assessment, safety planning, coaching, psychoeducation, skill building, and connections to informal and formal supports.
  • Provide guidance to support staff in relation to the implementation of clinical goals.
  • Conduct ongoing safety assessments, planning, and care coordination.

Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Education with a Clinical Concentration (or related field).
  • On the path to licensure, with licensure preferred.
  • Experience working with youth and/or young adults with ASD and serious emotional and behavioral health disturbances.
  • A flexible schedule and valid MA driver's license with reliable transportation.
