This role is responsible for providing technical and clinical expertise in Hemostasis to support the growth of mid-to-high market sales and retention of key accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Sales, Corporate Accounts, and Applications to increase overall Product and Equipment (P&E) revenue.
- Provide technical and clinical expertise in Hemostasis to Sales, Corporate Accounts, Applications, and key customers.
- Support instrument and reagent demonstrations, evaluations, and training for key accounts, customer VIPs, road shows, and trade shows.
- Develop and present customer educational activities, including formal lectures, webinars, and lunch 'n learns.
- Support training of Werfen employees on Hemostasis topics and develop presentations for Sales, Corporate Accounts, and Applications.
- Represent Werfen at relevant meetings and tradeshows to enhance the company's image as an innovative leader in Hemostasis.
- Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in a science.
- MT (ASCP) or equivalent license.
- Minimum of five years related experience, with at least one year in a clinical lab and Hemostasis expertise.
- Project management skills and experience highly desirable.
Approximately 75% of time.
