LPN - Patient Experience Specialist

At Southcoast Health System, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and experience. We are seeking a talented LPN to join our team as a Patient Experience Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and implement the Service Excellence, Care Experience, and HCAHPS programs
Participate in the development and execution of the hospitality program for clinical and operational roles
Assist in monthly analysis of clinical department, clinical unit, and SPG practice service outcomes
Support clinical teams in integrating patient experience best practices into daily routines

Requirements:
Completion of LPN education requirements
Master's Degree in a business or health-related area preferred
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, presentation, organizational, and team building skills
A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a healthcare or patient advocacy environment
