Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Case Coordinator is designed to assist the teams with case-related support, which includes transporting youth and overseeing family interactions. This role involves aiding teams in addressing the needs of children and families, organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining a precise filing system for standardized case documentation. Regular internal audits will be conducted to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and make them feel valued.
  • Willingness to learn and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
  • Accurate typing and filing capabilities.
  • A genuine interest in the welfare of children.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality regarding staff and client information.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
